CONSTRUCTION OF THE GIN WORKSHOP IN BRECHT
During a session of about three hours, we will teach you the principles of good gin production. Under the guidance of our experienced distiller, we will work in a group of up to ten people. We start from our separately distilled herbs and fruits that we collected and distilled into esprits.
Together we will blend these to the flavor you desire: there will be experimentation and tasting until a finished, unique recipe Is what you are completely satisfied with! After making the gin recipe to your liking, we will taste it in a gin-tonic combination during the workshop.
YOUR IDEAS AND TASTES
Because we have an ever-growing library of esprits and macerates, the possibilities are vast. We like to be challenged with new flavors. If you have an idea/taste beforehand, you can let us know. If this is a new ingredient, we will work in advance to arrive at an ideal firing curve and method. Want to go one step further and make your own spirits with a unique label? That is certainly possible. Please contact us in advance!
THE PROCESS
A drink of our own, we make it together. We go through the entire process with you from start to finish. So you have a say in every aspect of your unique spirit.
01. BRIEFING
You, along with your team or friends, are invited to the inspiring distillery. After a brief introduction about the production process, we help find a gin that reinforces all aspects of your story.
02. BLEND
Then we will blend together. During a session of +/- 2 h we guide you to get your taste in a nice balance in the bottle.
03. DESIGN
We have an assortment of bottles to choose from. From 50 ml to 700 ml, even bulk in 20 and 1000 liters is possible. Then we will guide you with a creative label.
04. PRODUCTION
We start production. The herbs are weighed and infused in grain alcohol. We then distill it in batches starting at 42 liters.
05. DELIVERY
Once you’ve approved the recipe for your own gin or other spirits, we’ll work together to fill the bottles. You can take these home with you.
