Recipe

The presence of the red Cameo Vermouth ensures the intense finish and full colour. Jack Fox is an exclusive rum: only when a vermouth barrel is released is a new barrel of rum prepared for aging.

This rum is delicious pure, but it also makes every cocktail lover swoon in a Belgian Dark & Stormy!

• 1.5 cl lime juice
• 8 cl ginger beer
• Finish with a piece of ginger & ice
