RETURNS POLICY
Our policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are not eligible for return, such as food, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
– Gift certificates
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our fault is not eligible for return.
REPAYMENTS
Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially deposited.
Then contact your bank. Some processing time is often required before a refund is deposited.

DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS WITH PURCHASE
Only items at regular price can be refunded, unfortunately discounted products cannot be refunded.
REFUNDS
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected].
CADEAUS
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of your own returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance coverage. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
